I am a much better presenter and “preparer” for my sales meetings. I was more of a compliance manager and not generating as many sales ideas as I thought I should. I was also getting too much into what could happen; and coach got me to live in the now and use the tools we have. It was like going back to the basics but someone making sure I remembered what the basics were.
The picture of my day before Melissa looked “well-intentioned” but undisciplined. I never had a handle on the incoming flow of email, VM, & paper, and some things slipped through the cracks. Now I am much more organized and very little slips through. Coming up with a weekly goal sheet has kept me focused on the most important activities. I accomplish more of what's important on a daily basis. And, like I mentioned, talking some things through with Melissa has greatly helped me manage several interoffice personnel conflicts successfully. She has helped me be more consistent and productive.
