STRATEGIST: With more than two decades of experience inside America’s biggest brokerage firms and banks, Melissa is an innovative leader with extensive experience developing strategic plans that generate revenue, increase new business, and enhance client loyalty. She knows how to help build a strategy for you and/or your team that is coordinated with your company’s vision while being true to your personal beliefs and values.

COACH: Her coaching skills are recognized by the International Coaching Federation and she has received countless accolades for her easy-to-understand presentation style as well as her compassionate and engaging 1:1 coaching sessions.

SPEAKER: Adept at speaking publicly to educate, inspire, and promote inclusion and collaboration, Melissa is also a passionate advocate/spokesperson for charities in the Queen City with a special emphasis on the arts and education.

ROOTS: A farm kid from Ohio, Melissa graduated from Ohio Northern University (Bachelor of Music Education) and The University of Akron (MA in Non-Profit Administration). After relocating for her career five times, she and her family are thrilled to make Charlotte, NC their home.
